KEEP A HEALTHY LIVING WITH NO WORRIES
Examined Existence
God is
good. Welcome back to my blog. I hope you had a good week. As always I'm
humbled that you're taking your time to read my blog. Leave your comments and
feedback after reading it. Don't forget to share after reading. Welcome.
What
comes to your mind when I speak or mention the word fitness. Some may say that it is about lifting weights and getting
a ripped body. Well that too is fitness but not what I'm trying to bring to
board. The fitness world is a dynamic one with a number of
approaches to improving the body’s performance in various ways. Fitness courses vary in what they
aim to target in terms of endurance and stamina, strength and resistance,
cardiovascular efficiency and even muscle lengthening and joint flexibility.
Today I'll be focusing more on
cardiovascular or aerobic fitness. Well Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises
your heart rate. Your heart is a muscle. Therefore working it makes it
stronger. A stronger cardio-vascular system means more
capillaries delivering more oxygen to cells in your muscles. This enables your
cells to burn more fat during both exercise and
inactivity. This is a very effective and easy way of escaping these diseases
related to heart and lungs failure. The excess fat that accumulates in the body
is burnt down and this makes us healthy and strong.
How the do we do these exercises at home with no
equipments? Here are some of the directives on achieving a healthy system:
- Warm
up. Run in one space for one minute. After that, do some jumping jacks for one
minute. This helps in opening up your
lungs thus enabling it to store a larger capacity of oxygen.
- Sprinting.
This is whereby your run as fast as you can and cover a certain distance. You
will definitely feel a certain pain around your chest[for beginners] or maybe you'll
tend to breath faster.
-
Jogging. This is a slow kind of running. You run at a slow speed but for a
longer distance as compared to sprinting. Blood is pumped to all body parts and
since you are breathing fast, this keeps happening and hence all body parts
receive oxygenated blood.
- Swimming. Swimming generally benefits the
spine and the legs. It creates strong muscles that help and build a strong
spinal cord. The legs get muscles and also get stretched well avoiding muscle
pulls.
- Some more of these exercises include
walking, dancing, hiking, aerobics classes and kick boxing. In general, Aerobic exercise
stimulates the heart rate and breathing rate to
increase in a way that can be sustained for the exercise session. In contrast,
anaerobic ("without oxygen") exercise is activity that causes you to
be quickly out of breath.
I am
saying this now because this corona period comes with its disadvantages, like
no exercises and this can greatly affect you negatively. Start there exercises
above and you won't need to worry about health issues at all.
Leave your comments and feedbacks and whatever
topic you may like highlighted. Once again, thank you.
